These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LithoBreak game (“the Game”) provided by Tau Ceti Labs (“the Company”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Game.
License to Use the Game
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.
- Use the Game to harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
- Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Game and associated content, including intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company.
User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Game. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.
User Generated Content (e.g. Mods)
Download and Use of User Generated Content
The company is not responsible for damage caused by or support for any user generated content. Support for any user generated content is to be handled by the creators and maintainers of the user generated mod.
Submission of User Generated Content
By submitting, posting or displaying user generated content through any tool provided by the Company or otherwise, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods. No content shall be submitted if it infringes on intellectual property rights, is offensive, is illegal, or is in violation of our Terms of Service.
No Payment
No payments will be made to any mod creator or maintainer.
Removal of Content
The company reserves the right to remove any mods or content at any time if it is believed that the content infringes on intellectual property rights, is offensive, is illegal, or is in violation of our Terms of Service.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Game at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Game.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the Company will notify users by updating the Effective Date of these Terms and may also provide additional notice as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement
